Happy Mother’s Day 
You still have a chance to buy a flowering potted basket for mom if you can make it to the Noelridge Greenhouse open house today (Sunday, May 11.) The annual open house runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the greenhouse at Collins Road and Council Street NE in Cedar Rapids.
Blooming planted baskets will be sold for $30 each as a fundraiser for the greenhouse. The open house also features a gardening and nature book fair, Bonsai display and beekeeper and mushroom displays.
